A really enjoyable vintage orchestral record from André Kostelanetz, bringing together a collection of familiar classical favourites in the polished easy-listening style he was known for. The arrangements are full and lush without being too heavy, making this a very easy record to put on and just let play.
There is a great mix here, from the energy of Sabre Dance and Can-Can to the more graceful The Blue Danube, Greensleeves and Waltz of the Flowers. It has that unmistakable early 60s Columbia sound and works especially well if you enjoy vintage orchestral and easy-listening records.
A lovely record for collectors of classic Columbia LPs and fans of Kostelanetz's lush orchestral sound.
The record is in excellent condition. Not mint, but very well kept and ready to play.
