Shipping

As soon as an order is accepted, the delivery timeline begins.

For in-stock items, orders placed before 5 PM IST are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM are normally dispatched the next day. During busy periods or where additional handling is required, dispatch may take up to 2 working days.

If an item is under restocking, dispatch may take longer. In such cases, we’ll notify you of the delay via email.

If an item in your order is not immediately available in our warehouse, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on item availability. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which we will share with you via email or SMS.

Domestic Orders (India): Shipped via Shiprocket Standard, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days post-dispatch.

International Orders: We use Shiprocket Standard International, with delivery typically taking 7–14 working days, subject to destination.

Taxes & Duties

All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes (if any) are not included in the product price and must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

In cases where the product is received under a Reward Programme run by our distributor, any customs duties originally covered by Nymbus will instead be payable by the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

You must submit a request via the Shipping & Returns portal on our website within 96 hours (4 days) of receiving your order.

Please include your order ID and the reason for return or exchange in the form provided.

Damage-related issues: We recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. Please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of any damage as well. These can help us assess and resolve damage-related issues quickly.

Once your request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled by our courier partner within 1 to 5 business days.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unused and undamaged.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
