Request Within 96 Hours
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 96 hours of receiving the package.
Pickup Scheduled
Once your request is submitted, a pickup will be scheduled from your location.
Quality Check
The item(s) will be inspected at our warehouse for a quality check.
Refund / Replacement
After approval, your refund will be processed or replacement item(s) will be shipped.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)
- All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 96 hours of receiving the package.
- Once your request is submitted, a pickup will be scheduled.
- Our courier partner will collect the item(s) within 1 to 5 days.
- Please ensure that all products are returned in their original condition.
- For damage-related issues, we recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. Please also keep the packaging and take clear photos of any damage.
- After collection, the item(s) will be sent to our warehouse for a quality check.
- For exchanges, the replacement item(s) will be shipped.
- A shipping fee of ₹300 will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns.
